These Terms of Service apply to your use of https://precisionllcservices.com, to services you book with Precision Detailing & Fleet Wash ("we", "us" or "our") and to text messages we send you. By using this website, booking a service or agreeing to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program name. Precision Detailing & Fleet Wash Customer Messages.

What we send. If you agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, photos of your completed service and requests to review our service. We will only send marketing or promotional texts if you have separately agreed to receive them.

How you opt in. You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, or by giving us permission when you book a service with us. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service and requests.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not get more texts from us unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Quotes and services

Quotes are based on the information you give us about your vehicle and the service you want. If your vehicle's condition or the work needed is different from what was described, we will talk with you before making any changes to the price. We may ask for a deposit to hold your appointment, including when you won't be home during the service.

Service times depend on scheduling, weather and access to your vehicle. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Photos

We may take photos of your vehicle before and after service to document our work and send you updates. If you upload photos of your vehicle on our review page, you agree that we may use them on our website, social media and other marketing. We will not publish your name or contact details with them.

Using this website

The content on this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Precision Detailing & Fleet Wash and may not be copied or used without our permission. We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but services, availability and details may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.
